Synopsis

When Chika Natsume's ex-boyfriend leaves for Canada on a study abroad program, she finds comfort in binge eating and drinking. Given a wakeup call from work, she decides to get a personal trainer to help her get her body back on track. While the trainer she is assigned seems unfriendly and curt at first, Chika feels understood in her endeavour to look good for her future partner. Chika returns home, only to find that her new personal trainer, Toma, is also her neighbor.
